Setup for the Camp and Facilities, Campgrounds, etc: Facility administrators log into the MyCampDirector website to first setup the weeks of camp for their location, and then define the timeslots for camp activities, setup camp classes/courses, and plan out each week of camp online. Once setup, groups and campers can register themselves for activities. The administrator then has complete control for audit, complex reporting and more!
Setup of Groups & Campers: The admin interface for the MyCampDirector system allows Camp/Facility Administrators the ability to create groups (troops, church groups, youth groups, organizations), assign group leaders (and create group administrator's login for the MyCampDirector website). Once logged in, group leaders can register for courses, print camper rosters, course and camper schedules/itineraries, export reports and more!
